Strawberries are a fruit very low in sugar, calories, and packed with nutrients and fiber. These little red fruits are loaded with vitamin C and minerals such as potassium and manganese. Slice up a couple and throw them into a bowl of yogurt, cottage cheese, a smoothie, or some hot oatmeal.
